With experience across biotech, venture capital, and product development, Isaac focuses on helping wellness and healthcare brands bring innovative patch products to market. He combines scientific understanding with commercial insight to guide partners through formulation, compliance, packaging, and launch — ensuring products are both effective and retail-ready
Felix Brown
Creative Director
Felix brings deep experience in building and revitalising consumer brands across the UK, Europe, USA, and CIS. He specialises in turning concepts into compelling products and packaging that connect with consumers, ensuring every Patch House partner has a brand identity and design that stands out in a competitive market.
Vamsi Somanchi
Head Engineer
With six years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, Vamsi specialises in transdermal formulations and process scale-up. Holding an MA in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London and an MBA from IIM Visakhapatnam, he leads the optimisation of production systems — helping partners move seamlessly from prototype to commercial-scale manufacturing.
Fabiana Volpe Zanutto
Formulation Director
A pharmaceutical scientist and lecturer with over a decade of experience in transdermal delivery systems, Fabiana brings world-class expertise in microneedles, bioadhesives, and long-acting drug delivery. She ensures that every formulation developed at Patch House is scientifically robust, innovative, and tailored to client needs.
Santosh Sathasivam
Santosh brings over 7 years of expertise in formulation R&D, regulatory compliance, and commercialization, having developed 150+ herbal formulations and launched 15+ products across pharma, personal care, and nutraceuticals. He combines advanced analytical skills with market strategy to deliver sustainable, compliant, and commercially scalable wellness solutions.
